Retro Fitness Prices
Retro Fitness is designed specifically for those who want to work out without all the unnecessary fluff that other fitness centers give. This ensures that each member can concentrate on the task at hand and that membership fees are as low as possible.
More importantly, Retro Fitness is an ideal fit for someone who wants to watch their heart and stay fit because this is a gym center that has a lot of emphasis on cardiovascular activity such as running and group cardio workouts, making it ideal for those who want to lose weight, for young kids and for seniors.

History of Retro Fitness
Many gyms and fitness centers are becoming more and more distracted with their use of modern technology and numerous gadgets that can get in the way of a good workout. Retro Fitness avoids all of this while still offering a few amenities that guarantee efficiency and convenience. This has been the method of focus since the first Retro Fitness opened in 2005. Almost immediately it became a runaway success and began franchising in 2006. To date there are over 140 locations all across the country and franchisers will be pleased to know that Retro Fitness is available in every single state.
Equipment and Facilities Available
Each facility has over 60 cardio equipment with LCD screens, circuit training equipment, a group fitness studio, free weights, and multiple exercise equipment which can range from the old jumping rope to exercise bars and sit-up benches. Each facility sports a retro yellow-and-red aesthetic that gives the impression that this is an old-school gym and not a spa or luxury fitness center. That doesn’t automatically mean there aren’t any amenities for its members as the low Retro Fitness prices do include access to multiple benefits such as the following.
Membership Benefits and Privileges
One of the biggest benefits is that Retro Fitness fees carry over to every single branch, ensuring you only need to sign up in one place. You can then use the facilities and amenities in any other Retro Fitness location you come across. Some of these additional benefits include the Retro Fitness Juice Bar, the Retro Movie Theater, group fitness training, child-caring services, and even a tanning facility. There is also a cardio theater where members can just walk in and get a good look at how well their heart is doing and to get recommendations on what kind of workout routine they need to be conducting.
