This boxing class is designed to give full-body workouts by boxing stations of heavy bags. This class is divided into three sections namely The Warm Ups, The Rounds, and Core and Cool Down. The Warm Ups is composed of series of exercises that targets to stretch and prepare your body with cardio workouts. The Rounds on the other hand is focused on teaching you the basics of boxing. And lastly, Core and Cool Down targets to strengthen your core and tone your body.
Very similar to the Boxing Workout except that in the prior the workouts are more concentrated in using both hands only and highlights punches and blocks; while in Kickboxing, both hands and feet are used and this one highlights kicks and punches. Both classes require members to use boxing wraps and gloves.
